Aviation passenger boardings are the total number of revenue-generating passengers who board an aircraft at a Florida primary commercial service airport.

Methodology

Methodology: Aviation Passenger Boardings

The aviation passenger boarding is obtained from the FAA website to account for the enplanements on an aircraft. If a passenger makes a transfer between planes to reach a destination within Florida, the passenger is counted as making two passenger boardings.
