Transit Passenger Trips
Updated Using 2022 Data

Transit passenger trips are the annual number of passenger boardings on the transit vehicles. A trip is counted each time a passenger boards a transit vehicle. Tri-Rail and SunRail are commuter rail systems that are required to report passenger trips in the National Transit Database (NTD).
